After a longg gap again...

But I think with this poem which I wrote today,its worth that wait...

So here is that poem which I wrote a dear friend of mine...

Hope she likes it....

I don’t write because I can

I don’t write because I’m told to

I write because when the day is done

I know it’s a friend I can turn to

It’s a friend who always laughs

And it’s a friend who will always

better yet I’ll always know

You are a friend who will always be there

We’ve together faced rough times

and eventually older I grew

But when I get a pen and paper

we both feel as good as new

So I don’t write because I can

and I don’t write because I’m told to

I write because when I’m lost and alone

I know You my friend will help me through

Todays poem like yesterday is about friends..

Each of us has a hidden place

Somewhere deep within ourselves;

A place where we go to get away,

To think things through,

To be alone, to be ourselves.

This unique place,

where we confront our deepest feelings,

becomes a storehouse of all our hopes,

All our need, all our Dreams,

And even our unspoken fears.

It encompasses the essence of who we are and what we want to be.

But now and then, whether by chance or design,

Someone discovers a way into that place we thought was ours alone.

And we allow that person to see,

to feel and to shareAll the reason,

all the uncertainty

And all the emotion we've stored up there.

That person adds new perspective to our hidden realm,

Then quietly settles down in his own corner of our special place,

Where a bit of himself will stay forever.

And we call that person a FRIEND......

Todays poem is about the best thing god made..

"FRIENDS"...Its the best gift anyone can ask for...

If you dont have friends in life,you sure are missing something in life...

So here's the poem hope you'll like it...

Friendship is priceless,

And can never be forgotten,

Friendship is timeless,

And never rotten.

It takes more than hugs and kisses

To be a real friend,

the nature of friendship,

Requires a blend.

The road to a happy life,

May sometimes make us stumble.

But to have a friend to give us a hand,

Teaches us to be humble.

Good friends are hard to find,

Hard to lose,

And impossible to forget,

But when they fly away,

Your anger turns to regret

Sometimes in life,

we need a special person To listen while we talk.

A special person who will not discourage or judge,

But encourage us as we walk.

Friends are there To help you along,

The journey through friendship,

Is always long.

In life,

There are big ships,

And there are small ships,

But the best ship of all, Is friendship!!!!

I know its lil bit late for this.. :P

Here is my poem for the new year.. Hope you like it...

Looking back on the months gone by,

As a new year starts and an old one ends,

I contemplate what brought us joy,

And I think of my loved ones and my friends.

Recalling all the happy times,

Remembering how they enriched my life

I reflect upon who really counts,

As the fresh and bright new year arrives.

And when I ponder those who do

I immediately think of you.
