This poem is really close to my heart...I think its the best I wrote..

cause its inspierd by real life..It really is not just a poem its a short story type but its real...Hope you all like it...

Year's ago on the road's lived a child with his mother,
They had nothing of their own,they only had each other.


They lived in the open sun,they lived in the harsh heat,
They had no money,they hardly had anything to eat.


Mother worked whole day,all day she would run,
She would sleep with hunger at night but would feed her only son.


The day came when the son was born,
He was soo happy like the world he had won.


In that joy the boy ran all the way,
He asked his mother for a gift that day.


Hearing this the mother cried,
She could not given him anything even when she tried.


But when she opened her eye's tears gate,
She saw on the ground a fruit of date.


She picked it up and smiled with joy,
And gave that to her only boy.


The boy smiled seeing that,all his pains he had forgotten,
But when he was about to eat,he saw that the date was rotten.


On seeing that rotten date the boy cried,
His mother could not stop him when she tried.


On the ground he throwed that rotten date,
For this rotten gift,his mother he hates.


Now the times have changed,now the boy is grown,
Now he can buy anything,now anything he can own.


He is changed now,the world he has won,
But his biggest treasure he lost,he lost his mom.


For hurting his mother that day,now himself he hate,
He still has that gift with him,he still has that rotten date.


He ask forgiveness from his mother in the sky above,
Cause he could not understand that presious gift,
A sign of mothers unconditional love !!!!!!!
